Barbara Coldwell

Barbara Sharon Coldwell (née Cohen) was born in 1941 in Seattle, Washington the oldest child of Joseph and Vera Cohen. She spent her entire childhood in Seattle, most of it in the same house in the Madrona district, and attended the University of Washington where she met Robert Coldwell.  They were married in September 1962. Seven years later when Robert finished his education they left Seattle with two small children in tow.  They lived for two years in Lexington, Virginia and then one in Evanston, Illinois before finally settling in Gainesville, Florida in 1972 where they would remain for the rest of her life.
