Cornelias Martin

Cornelias Lerone Martin was born on Monday, March 23, 1970 to Alice Hill and Jerome Martin.  He passed from this life on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.

Cornelias, “Breeze” as he was affectionately called, grew up in Gainesville and attended Gainesville High School. Though pegged by his family as a “Mama’s Boy”, he moved from Gainesville at a young age and eventually settled in Seattle, Washington.

Cornelias loved having fun and making jokes. He had a beautifully warm and inviting smile that was one of the first things people noticed about him.  He also enjoyed fishing, gardening, and cooking.

Cornelias leaves to mourn his passing: his mother, Alice Hill (Paul): father, Jerome Martin; children, Kenan Martin, Cornel Martin, and Ryle Martin; sisters, Anastasia Martin, Nichole Martin, and Becky Martin; brother, Kevin Martin; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
