Douglas Washington, 33, passed at Shands Hospital on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
Douglas was born June 21, 1990, in Gainesville, Florida, to the late Vivian Buncombe. He was the youngest of six children. His loving grandparents, Foris and Theodore Ashley, preceded him in death. Douglas attended the Alachua County school system for a while. Later, Douglas moved to High Springs with his foster mother, Alma McIntyre, where he graduated from Santa Fe High School.
