Mother Elouise Curtis Richardson was born on August 1, 1931, to the late George Curtis Sr. and Rosa Barr. She was married to the love her life, Elder Cornell Richardson, Sr.
Mother, grandmother, aunt, sister; Her Grace, Mother Elouise Curtis Richardson. God has granted her eternal rest and we humbly submit to the judicious and faultless will of our Heavenly Father.
Mother Richardson who was gifted to us for 91 years, loved the Lord. This love profoundly and tangibly touched everyone she encountered. In the latter days of her life, she served faithfully at Divine Destiny International Ministries, Inc. During this time, she imparted wisdom, she mothered, and shared God’s love. Through her gifts, testimonies, and ministry of song, she empowered many lives.
She was preceded in death by: her children, Lois Mae Curtis and Leroy Williams; siblings, Minister George Curtis Jr., Sylvester Curtis Sr., Johnny Curtis Sr., Mother Laura Jackson, Letha Royal, Rosa Lee Mahamery, and Mary Hayes.
Memories of Mother Richardson will be forever cherished by: her husband, Elder Cornell Richardson Sr., her children, Shirley Pelham, Fredrick Gatson Sr., and Andrew Gatson (Larronica),Cornell Richardson Jr. (Mattie); brothers, Bishop Hiram Curtis Sr., Apostle Nathaniel Curtis, and David Curtis Sr.; grandchildren, Terence Curtis, Conrad Curtis , LaShonda Curtis Terric Nattiel (Shameika), Torrey White, LaSheaka McClellan, Amanda Slater (Devon), Eddie Durrant II (Michayla), Fredrick Gatson Jr. (Leswandra), and Fredica Miller (Chanci), 21 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
