A Glimpse into the Life of Evangelist Ernestine Thomas

Ernestine Thomas was born on January 8, 1945. She is the daughter of the late Ms. Mae Houston and Sidney Fuller. She worked for the University of Florida for 15 years and 15 years at Tacachale. She went back to working being a Foster Grandparent. She accepted in a early part of her life. She went under the leadership of Pastors Todd and Beverly Crawford at Landmark Holy Temple of God. She enjoyed her family, church, and going shopping with Edith. In addition, she also loved going out to eat and crabs. She gained her wings on August 15, 2022.

Proceeding her in death are: Calvin Thomas Sr. (son), Masheria Holmes (granddaughter), Lewis Thomas Sr. (husband), Calvin Daray Thomas (Grandson), Katheryne Powell Glover (sister). She leaves to cherish her memories are: Three daughters, Mary Ann Thomas (Torey Johnson, Sr.) Alicia Thomas of Gainesville, FL; Ivey Henderson of Ocala Fl; Her bonus daughters Alice Hostetler, Thelma Johnson, Loretta McCray ( La Daniel McCray) all of Gainesville, FL, Earl Howard of Miami, FL; special daughters, Edith Miles, Harriet Smith, Vetrina Munnerlyn, Cynthia Littles, Tonya Starling, all of Gainesville, FL.  God-Daughters Tashima Johnson and Katrina Peterson. Four Godsons: Joseph Savage, Roddrick L. Bradley, Christopher Williams (Tandria Williams), Larry Porter Sr. (Keneka Porter);special son, Anthony Robinson Ft. Lauderdale, FL; sister-in-laws, Eva Mae Thomas and Geneva Thomas; two sisters, Elouise Powell of Columbus, GA, Lottie Mae Harden of Ocala, FL; brothers, Clifford Lee Powell (Renee) of Perry, FL, Henry Lee Powell, Gabe Powell (Shelia) of Smithfield, NC. A host of grands, great grands, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A special niece, Tonya Houston. Two special neighbors, Wanda Spring and Edith King-Brown.
