Kathleen Florence Keeshan

Kathleen Florence Keeshan,66, of Melrose, passed away unexpectantly on Thursday October 13, 2022.

She was born in Brooklyn NY on September 13, 1956 to the late Thomas and Marie Keeshan. Kathy moved to Gainesville, Florida in the early 90's and then to Melrose over 20 years ago where she happily made that her home. She is pre-deceased by one brother William Keeshan and a granddaughter Arianna Keeshan.

She is survived by her partner of over 24 years, Richard Byard; 4 Sons, Jason Keeshan (Cindy) of Melrose, Jamie Keeshan (Jessica) of Melrose, Jonathan Keeshan (Heather) of Gainesville and Ricky Keeshan of Melrose; 14 Grandchildren, Macy, Anastasia, Addylyn, Theresa, Aiden, Madison, Isabella, Skylar, Camryn, Jagannatha, Bali, Cashious, Caiden, Cassidy; She is also survived by eight brothers and sisters, Michael Keeshan of Newbern, North Carolina, Fran Runk of New Port Richey, FL, Pat Vitello (Joe) of West Palm Beach, FL, Brenda Aleschus (Fred) of Gainesville, FL, Eleanor Liberg of Levittown, PA, Sheila Noe of New Port Richey, FL, Janet Eicher (Dan) of Hawthorne, FL, and Florence Cione (Albert) of New Port Richey, FL.; Also 10 nieces and 5 nephews, many great and great-great nieces and nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, who all loved her dearly.

Kathleens greatest love was her family. Those who knew her loved her and she loved them. Whatever she had was yours too. She would give you the shirt off her back and never think twice. She loved unconditionally and never judged anyone. She was a kind and loving soul. She will be missed always and her memory cherished forever.
