Mary H. Lynn was born to Eunice and Raymond Johnson on
February 11, 1944. Her untimely passing has shocked us all and she
will truly be missed. She was a very loving person and shared her love
with everyone she encountered. She was a cook in the cafeteria at
Gainesville High School for many years. Also, she was a housekeeper
at Shands for over thirty years and an after school teacher at Duval
Elementary for a few years. She put her all into everything she did and
for that, she will truly be missed. Her love will carry on through the
lives she touched.
She was proceeded in death by her first born son, Gary Walker.
In her passing, she leaves to cherish her memory: children, Robert
Brown and Diane King; sister, Eva Stephens; long-time companion,
Fredrick Johnson; Her Grandaughter who she also loved and raised
as a daughter, Alisha Lynn and a host of grandchildren, great-
grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She will surely be missed.
