Rebecca G. Jackson was born on November 20, 1943 to the late Vasser Williams and Vassceal Moore of Camilla, Georgia. Rebecca's early education was in the Camilla Consolidated School in Camilla, Georgia. On April 27, 1963, she married the love of her life, Cecil Lamar Jackson Sr., and they became a blended family.
Rebecca enjoyed traveling, playing cards, going to the Kingdom Hall, spending time with her kids, grandkids, great grandkids and her one and only great-great grandchild.
Rebecca was employed by Tacachale as a Human Service Worker. She enjoyed working and spending time with her residents. She retired after 30 years of service.
Rebecca is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Lamar Jackson Sr., her mother, Vassceal Moore, her son, Vincent Jackson, and her grandson, Brandon Washington.
She leaves to cherish with fond memories: her daughters, Gwendolyn Leonette Smith of Spring Lake, North Carolina, Angela Yvette Jackson and Sheri Mack (Richard) both of Gainesville, FL; her son, Cecil Lamar Jackson Jr.; her aunts: Catharine Williams, Mary Lee Williams, and Berthamae Wade, all of Camilla, GA. 17 grandkids, which one she raised as her own, Elcondris C. McNair Sr., 28 great grandkids, 1 great-great grandchild, and a host of cousins, friends, and family.
