Renaila Sophia Harris

Renaila Sophia Harris-Parker was born on January 20, 1981 in Miami, Florida. She attended public schools in Alachua County and graduated from Buchholz High School. Renaila earned her CNA certification during her senior year of high school. She worked as a nurse in local healthcare facilities, where she assisted individuals in need. Renaila's initial love and passion was cosmetology.  She was a fantastic and skilled hairstylist. She styled hair with care and perfection in a number of salons and nursing facilities.  Renaila served an extensive clientele, allowing them to feel and look beautiful. She was a loving mother who was also hardworking, committed and a woman of god. Renaila went away peacefully on June 3, 2023, to be with the Lord.
 

She will be remembered fondly by: her mother, Samantha Parker; father, Ozell Parker (Loria); three sons, Devion Mickler, Datreyvious Harris, and Victor Gillins; sister, Alaina Parker; brothers, Jovan Harris and Ozell 'Allen Parker (Andrea), and Matthew Parker; aunts and uncles, Natara Dickerson, Aubery Brown, Mattie, Joyce, Poppy Brown, Reagan Brown, Johnny Harris, Annie Mae Smith (Andrew), Vernida DeVaughn (Jimmy) of Crystal River, FL, Doris Grigger (King), Bridget Ross (Tommy), and  Latonya Parker of Gainesville, FL, Edith McClellon (Edward) of LaCrosse, FL, Jimmy Parker (Jenny), Jerry Parker (Jackie) of Newberry, FL, and Billy Joe Robinson of Bronson, FL; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. We will forever & always remember her devotedly. 

Preceded in death by: her grandparents, Jim & Joan Parker; uncles, Leon Cook-Parker, James Parker, Wayne Parker, David Parker and Bobby Parker; aunts,Bernadette Robinson and Myrtice Parker.
