Sandra K. Daniels beloved mother to Reshay (Ray) Daniels of Ocala passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024. Sandra’s passing has left a major void and she will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
Sandra Kaye Daniels was born in Micanopy, FL on August 12, 1949 to Willie Mae Stokes. Sandra attended the famous Lincoln Bulldog Terriers in Gainesville, FL. Later she relocated to Cleveland, OH where she furthered her education at Job Corps. She was an outstanding and devoted mother to only 1 child, whom was her world, Reshay Daniels.
Sandra was a hardworking and dedicated woman of God. She spent many years working with the community religious and social organizations. She was gainfully employed at the VA Hospital for 39 years and 6 months. Sandra loved being in charge and that is why the Red Hatters gave her the name “Lady Boss”.
She will also be missed by her grandson, Pierre.
She is leaving to cherish her siblings; Melanie Dees, Mitchell (Ann) Stokes, Bishop Christopher (Dolly) Stokes, Lavada (Derrick) Watts, April (Twin) Stokes. Two special nieces whom she cherished, Kimberly McMillan of New Jersey and Jiana Williams of Micanopy, FL. She leaves behind a great deal of friends who were like sisters. She leaves a tremendous legacy and impact on everyone she met and will truly be missed by all that knew her.
